    Installation uses original vehicle connectors and a multifunctional trailer module which amplify all necessary signals. Compatible with both conventional bulb and LED trailer lamps.

    The Park Distance Warning system automatically switches off when a trailer/bike carrier is attached and detected - just as the car's rear fog lights automatically switch off when a trailer/bike carrier is attached and detected.

    With the new trailer lamp control feature, a notification is sent via vehicle cluster when a tail, brake or indicator light is broken on the trailer – additionally there is an audible warning in case of trailer turn indicator or brake lamps malfunction.

    For your safety and comfort, other Advanced Drive Assist Systems of the vehicle are also deactivated when a trailer or bicycle carrier is attached & detected, see the owner's manual for further details.

    Available with a 7-pole socket with drainage holes to prevent accumulation of water. Adapter is available to temporarily change 7-pole vehicle to 13-pole trailer/caravan adapter): 55622ADB00

The installation uses the vehicle's original connectors and the trailer's multifunction module, which amplifies all necessary signals. Compatible with conventional bulbs and LED trailer lights.
The parking warning system switches off automatically when a trailer/bicycle carrier is connected and detected - just as the car's rear fog lights switch off automatically when a trailer/bicycle carrier is connected and detected.
With the new trailer light control function, an alert is sent via the car pool when a trailer's tail, brake or direction lights are broken - plus there's an audible alert if the trailer's direction indicator or brake lights are broken.
For your safety and convenience, other advanced driving assistance systems are deactivated when a trailer or bike carrier is connected and detected, see the user manual for further details.
